This policy explains how we protect your privacy when you visit the Bitez Digital website. For the purposes and legal bases for processing the personal data you send us through our forms, who it is transferred to and your rights under the KVKK, see our KVKK Privacy Notice. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

1. Information we collect

• What you send through forms: The name, email, phone, website and message you share when you fill in the contact or free website review form. We use it only to handle your request.
• Technical records: When you visit the site, records such as IP address, browser information and access time are created automatically on our hosting provider's servers for security and error tracking.
• Aggregate visit statistics: We see in aggregate which pages are visited, which sites visitors come from, their approximate location, and their device and browser types. These statistics don't identify you personally.

There are no accounts on our site; we never ask you to sign up, create a password or enter payment details.

2. Cookies

Our website doesn't use cookies. There are no analytics, advertising or retargeting cookies tracking your visit, which is why you won't see a cookie consent banner. If we start using cookies in the future, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

3. Measurement

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used. It doesn't use cookies; it tells visitors apart by a value derived from the incoming request that is discarded after 24 hours. We only see aggregate statistics such as page view counts, referring sites, approximate location, device and browser type.

4. Services we use

We rely on the following services to run our website:

• Hosting: Our site runs on Vercel's infrastructure. Form submissions are also processed on Vercel's servers.
• Form notifications: Form requests are delivered to our team through Slack.
• Map: The Google Map on the contact page loads only when you click “Show map”. Until then, your browser doesn't connect to Google.
• Fonts: Fonts are served from our own server; no request is sent to an external font service during your visit.

5. External links

Our blog posts and other parts of the site may link to other websites. We aren't responsible for their privacy practices and recommend reading the privacy policy of each site you visit.

6. Security

All connections to our site are encrypted with HTTPS. Only the team members handling your request can access what you send through our forms, and we don't use it for anything other than your request.

7. Retention

We keep what you send through our forms for as long as the conversation and business relationship about your request continues. When there is no longer a reason to process it, we delete, destroy or anonymise it in accordance with Article 7 of the KVKK. Server records are kept only for the periods set by our hosting provider.

8. Children's privacy

Our website and services are aimed at businesses. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, with the last updated date shown at the top.
